Hello BP family!

I am looking into hiring a VA but not sure what to expect from them in terms of their tasks and responsibilities. What are some things VA are responsible for in a wholesale business plan? Can VA from out the country help put together mailers? If so, how would that work and at what capacity? I just want to make sure I am getting the most from my VA

Thanks guys!

Hello BP Family!  I was wondering what are different strategies i could use in different markets.  Right now it's a seller's market where i am.  There's a ton of people looking for deals but very little deals to be had.  What is the most effective strategy in this market and vice versa?

What are different ways I could compensate a private money lender if I wanted to purchase a rental property?  Do i give them a piece of the equity or rent?

Just curious to see what a daily routine other investors do that creates success. I have one of my own but I feel like I always get side tracked. My routine is broken down into minutes but it's been hard to execute. Just need ideas and to affirm what I created for myself is good enough

Just curious but what are common inspection issues that a person can use to terminate a contract?

Has anyone ever had issues dealing with a equity/funding partner that backed out?  For example.  I have a contract for a flip under my business name that i am the sole owner of.  Once contract has been ratified, i put the deposit down and then when it's time to rehab, the partner backs out and doesn't want to do the deal anymore.

Anyone have this happen to them and how did they go about solving the issue?

@Eric H. you haven't had any problems with the buyer trying to go around your back to steal the deal?  Once you have the buyer sign the assignment contract and you give them a copy of the original contract, what do you do from there?  Just wait til closing for the money?
