Hello Ryan, sorry to hear your bad experience but thanks for sharing it with the community, I was considering doing business with them but choose not to, fortunately I ended up buying turn key properties from PARC group with @Todd Roberts , I close September 2018 on my first one and December 2018 on the second one, I have really good experience doing business with them and they maybe able to help you manage this property.

Hello BP Community, I recently start investing in RE, I will own 9 SFH thru turnkey company's at the end of this year, I'm not sure if I'm ready to set up a LLC company for asset protection or just go with an umbrella liability insurance policy, I live in California and all the REI are in other states, any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your reply @ AJ Singh, I'm a new investor and still learning the trade, Do you mean buy a SHF that was not renovated but already with a tenant in place, so the cost of the house is less and can afford more houses?
