What type of property are you looking at?

If house hacking, check out FHA 203K loans...

Hope this helps

Hello,

I'd like to get an idea of the multifamily operating expense percentage in the Denver area.

I was told by a broker that it is around 35-40% of income with property management included.

I was thinking closer to 50% of income.

Just wanted to verify.

Thanks

Hi @Paul Pence

Is there a will? Do you have any info on the property at all? If you have a "numero de catastro" (a number assigned to each property) you could find info on the property. Or at least coordinates or address and go from there.

@David Gonzalez,

Please explain what you mean by buffer in proforma for unexpected costs and also, how do you run a stress test on assumptions...?

Thanks,
