@Danish Ali Hi Danish! Thanks for the advice I will definitely check out his videos. I’m starting to feel like more deals could be made if I knew more creative methods.

Can I also ask you since your new as well what have you found to be your greatest lead source? Are you buying list online and where from?

Hi,

I am a newbie wholesaler and have came across a few leads where the sellers have existing mortgages. Consequently, on all the houses I would offer less than what they owe. Any ways to get around this when negotiating?? Also, any resources to learn how to do creative deals wholesaling?

Any advice would be great!

John Horner Also, you sound like you may have a lot of experience in this arena which is great. The greatest fear I face with right now is learning how to evaluate a deal and I would like some sort of shadowing to occur before I put both legs in. Are you open to an informational interview on to how you got started?

John Horner I would never regret asking your opinion. As with anything in life there's always a different opinion on a matter or subject. I don't lack cash, and I realize it's not a get rich quick scheme. Personally, investing is risky for me and I would feel more comfortable putting 10,000 of cash into mail and marketing campaigns to try and learn and find deals, instead of putting a down payment and getting a loan right out of the gate. Your opinion and many other opinions on wholesaling is totally understandable, but there's investors all over the world who work with wholesalers.

Linda Labbe Hello Linda, thank you for offering your expertise. I'm fairly new to bigger pockets, but I see a number listed on the bottom of your post would this number be okay to reach out to you on?

John Horner Hello John. Nice to meet you. I decided this was the best route for many reasons. I believe that I would be able to develop a valuable skill with wholesaling which is finding the deal. I feel like this way if I find a deal but don't correctly estimate my profit or what an end buyer is willing to pay it won't be that big of a deal because there wasn't a large sum of money involved. I would love to hear your opinion.

Hello All, my name is Mario and I am 23. I am Currently working full time, and taking classes to be a real estate agent which will be done in December. However, I'm more interested in Real Estate Investing. For the last two months have been doing research and trying to figure out what specific niche will work to best for me. As of now I think wholesailing is the best way for me to get my feet wet and within the next 6 months looking to buy a multifamily home. I am in need of a mentor in the wholesale area. If anybody is looking to impart some wisdom to an eager learner, please reach out to me. Thank You
