As a newbie to REI, I have been driving for dollars. I understand that one should look for distressed properties, i.e. overgrown lawn, boarded up windows, tarped roofs, etc. On a good 2-hour drive, I have found 29 homes on my best day so far. Most days, I find fewer distressed properties. Quite often I read on postings about others driving for dollars and finding over a hundred properties in a matter of hours consistently. Can anyone who is having success D4Ds and finding high numbers of properties offer any advice to help me increase my numbers? Thanks.

When searching probate lists online, which records should I be looking to extract, letter of testamentary, or any other specific type of records?
