Hi Everyone,

My name is Mario Duarte, and I'm a new investor in the Tampa Bay area. Been a member for a few months but am just now becoming active (although I am an avid listener of the Podcasts! Great for the commute home!) Came to join Bigger Pockets by word of mouth...and am very glad that I did. I have been investing for a little under 1 year and have successfully wholesaled a few properties earlier this year.

I have a strong desire to create capital by rehabbing & flipping...currently looking for ways to finance this endeavor. I'm confident that I will find my answers through this community.

Looking forward to my 100th post! :)
