Thanks for all your inputs.

I'm looking at Socal area.

I will look for meetups and networking events(as Evan suggests) since I believe that is the best option I have for now.

Thanks again.

Hi,

I am trying to get into the business of  buying rehabbing and selling houses(house flipping) and I would like to find a partner/mentor that has experience in the business.

I have the time , some money and some knowledge about the real estate business but I just need to see how is done with an experienced house flipper to gain the practical knowledge so that I can then start building my connections and my team.

Thanks

Mario

you are correct I guess I just have been unable to do my first deal and thats where I need guidance

Thanks John,

I have been trying for a long time to find rentals here in Los Angeles that cash flow but I have been unable to find anything.

I have relatives in Vegas , Tyler TX, and Minneapolis so I'm thinking to venture in this cities.

Here in LA you need to have tons of money to be able to buy fixer uppers as well.

I have some cash and I'd like to buy rental units and/or fixer uppers

Any suggestions ?

How long does the process to buy property that has been given NOD/ short sale by lender takes?

Vegas is a city where I'm actually looking at investing in.

Can you tel me from your own experience,

what would you suggest in Vegas,  Multi units or SFRs?

I have looked at multi-units , but every time  I see a nice 4 unit building that I get interested in, the building is a clusters of apartment buildings with for rent signs all over them.

It makes me wonder if buying SFRs would be better.

Is there a possibility of you and I meet so that I can find out more in detail about this?

Let me know.

Thanks

Thanks Eyal.

I will look in another estate and may be a I have better luck.
