Ive been reading on how to determine the market value but am still unsure of how to do this. Let me give an example of what im trying to figure out. I had someone call me about thier house they gave me all the information where it is price sq ft br/baths ect. From reading next i have to find out what houses are going for in that perticular neighborhood right, ARV to determine what to offer right? What is the best way to find the information im looking for? Is zillow a good site for this? I understand i want to make an offer asap when i find a good deal but need this information to know if it is a good deal so i need to be able to figure this information out fairly quickly. Can someone explain this to me please or point me to somewhere i can find how to do this with a detailed explanation. It seems like all the books i read dont explain this enough.

Did you ever have any luck finding a title company that works with wholesalers? Im looking for one myself let me know what you come up with please and ill do the same. Thanks.

Thanks for the freindly welcome. Im going to check out the reading you suggested. My plan was to start by building my buyers list then looking for deals so I can find specific things that buyers are looking for to better my success. I appreciate all the help and information that you guys provide. I'm excited to get out in the field and begin this career even if it is part time to begin with. You gotta start somewhere.

Hell my name is Daniel Barden i am new to real estate. I am on my way to gaining the knowledge needed to persue my goals in real estate. I plan on starting with wholesaling to build up my money to eventually purchase my own real estate investments. I am currently working on building up my buyers list. I have not done a deal yet but i want to within the next few months.
