We are in the process of closing on a property that has current tenants.  We have experience with commercial tenants, just not with residential tenants.  Any advise as to where I should go for a rental application and a lease agreement.  We are in the state of Ohio.

Located between Columbus, OH and Cleveland, OH.  I am looking forward to learning more through this website. We are getting started in the rental real estate business for vacations.  I am looking to purchase in the Phoenix, AZ area and wondering if anyone has experience in that area.  Especially seeking information on licensing, taxes, fee for rental properties in Maricopa County, since we are living in Ohio.
