I'm looking forward to the next meeting on the rehab nightmare. I appreciate the opportunity to hear the details of a deal that went wrong and why so I can learn from it.  

The last meeting provided valuable information as well.

I've never been to a Tony Robbins event but I've heard positive things from people who have been or have read his books. The Flipping Houston Houses meetings have been helpful since I've been attending; I expect to get something out of the Tony Robbins speaker too. Thanks Steve and Peggy for offering this meeting. 

I've attended several meetings now and this group offers the whole package: experienced investors who are willing to share their knowledge, professional sponsors who are there to help us through the process of a deal (lending, title, insurance, etc.), and other newbie investors who we can get started with. It is the R.E. investment community I hoped to find and become a part of.
