I’m a newbie investor and very hopeful of How we can work together in the near future.

 Questions. How do you prequalify an applicant? do you have a certain zip code area, size of a project, a standard profit margin, that we need to look for properties to match your criteria? Is it the same for every state or it varies from one place to another? Is there a limit as to how many projects we can work with you in a given time?

I just talked to a seller and is ready to sell her house for a rent to own with all my rent and deposit going towards the purchase of the house. What contract should I ask her to sign so I can secure our agreement?

The Bible KJV 1611 ;). There's a lot of lessons with regards to money and investing here and truly made accountable of what I have and should I do. with what I have. Just a thought.

Recent ones I read is the "BRRRR" and "Long Distance Investing" books of David Greene. I learned a lot! Thanks to him, I am not that afraid to look for properties in other areas now. I just wish I read that before I started our rehab.

I saw the new contract Multi 6.1. My question - can I use it? Says any duplication is not allowed.. How can I have my own contract so I can make offers using a standard one recognized by realtors? A realtor/ friend says I have to buy it but they will ask for member ID and I am not a realtor and cannot be a member.
