I'm a newbie to REI, however I've dived in head first with Baltimore real estate opportunities...I've been reading and researching and making valuable connections...

I wonder if anyone has the scoop on what neighborhoods or programs are available to rehab and then the city will buy your home back once a certain amount of rehabilitation is done in the home

example: Buy home in certain area for 60k

               add at least 30k of repairs then the city will buy the home back from you for 150k

I get out of bed because God has given me a drive deep in my core to set goals and through him watch them unfold which in-turn I can use his work to show others what God wants for them.

I have myself to care for and my 2 amazing boys.
