Quote from @Andy Gill: Hi! I am going through a similien situation at this time and am very saddened about it. Can you share with me how you were able to get out of the situation please? I honestly would appreciate all assistance and advice you can provide. Thanks in advance.

Y'all have been so helpful, I hate to ask one more question but I will anyway. The mortgage company in this case filed a document called Value of Real Property or Mortage Claim on 9-15 that listed only the principal, 112k, and interest, 4800, totalling around 117. The payoff statement they sent me for not quite two months later, 11-10, lists 7500 interest along with attourney's fees, escrow imbalances, court fees, etc totaling up to 134. Would anybody know whether I have to pay these extra fees and how the interest went from 4800 to 7500 in 60 days? I really appreciate any insight anybody has.

Post: HOA foreclosure sales

I purchased a home through a HOA foreclosure. However, the home has a mortgage lien. There is a new assignment of mortgage filed at the county court a few days after I purchased the property. How do I get the mortgage company to negotiate to pay the balance of the mortgage at a lower amount than what is owed as I would like to keep the home. Also, the association would not allow me to rent the property before 2 years, which I did not know prior to purchasing the property. I would appreciate all the help from everyone and anyone who faced a similar issue in the past.

Thank you!
