What a Great thread. It sounds like you are on the right track @Raymond_Guillotte. Have you read "Set For Life" by Scott Trench here of BP? It should be required reading before kids get out of high school. Your focus and attitude are inspirational--keep plugging--all kinds of resources and support are here on BP!

Hi, Investor Colleagues:  It's exciting to see this thread, thanks for starting it.  I'm a new investor (educating myself, talking to brokers, analyzing deals).  I'm most interested in multifamily and like Polly have taken Dave Lindahl's MFM course for great education.  By day I am a clinical research monitor so I travel some for work but I'm based out of my home so I have some flexibility when I'm in town to work on the business.  Such a wealth of knowledge here.  I'm outside of Boston (Acton, MA), do attend local REIAs and would love to connect with other BP colleagues for knowledge-sharing, support and partnership.  Thanks!  Marie
