@john Mathewson, thank you for the golden advice. I am a zumba instructor on the side and I do quality for over 6 years in a big produce packing house.

Instead of going back to school to be a rpn , what if I will try to be real estate agent first as my first move. Will I need to go to school to learn that?  I am a go getter and willing to move up in life. I am a filipino immigrant here in Canada and I am striving hard to get there.

I see my self living in Canada forever. I am planning to get my first cheap nice house  here and rent it out. Is it a good idea to start? My goal is to own an apartment for rent one day at least quadruplex.

Hi! I am new here and Im so thankful to be a part of BP.  First, I wAnt to let you know that I am an immigrant here in Canada for almost 7 yrs and still working on my permanent residence. I am a go getter person and hard worker. As long As the job is decent and will pay my bills I will take it. I am so interested to learn and start a new business to at leat move up in life. I love to sell stuff on the side   While employed. Making extra cash on the side is always fun. I was selling brand new jeans, jewelley, gadgets etc. now that Im 36 I want to have a real action , a real career. I have a good job but very low pay. I am planning to go back to school to be a nurse or lady cop until I found this website. My first love is business, how can I start in real estate business? How can I learn? Any advice will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
