Absolutely!
Basically you need to make sure what are are you buying. Buy low, make sure the house has as little cosmetic work (something you can turn over quick) have handyman experience and do it yourself. Make sure to beautify landscaping. And have buyers ready to buy immediately.

I would say Monkey- I love jumping around, playful, curious, and notice a great opportunity and grab it.
