Hi there,

I'm an out of state investor along with two other partners and we're about to close our first deal. We definitely need to hire a property manager and I'd like to know what should we look for a property manager, what questions should we ask before we hire one?

Thanks!

Hello,

I'm about to purchase my first property and I'm shopping for home insurance.

I got so many different quotes and I'm not sure how much I want my dwelling coverage to be, what's the recommended value for it? Also, do you recommend getting property manager insurance? The one that I'm kinda leaning more towards to doesn't offer one so, is it important to have it since I'l definitely going to need a property manager?

Thanks!

I'm about to get my first property however, interest rate isn't as cheap as you've heard. I got 3.7 and the market is pretty competitive. I'd suggest to keep looking somewhere out of state if where you're living is expensive and if it gets a good cash ROI% and follow the 1% rule, I'd suggest you to go for it!
