Hi Rajan..I believe Houston and other major cities in Sunbelt will be great places to invest in the next 5 years.

Hi Everyone!

What an awesome platform! Wished I discovered it sooner...

I am in Houston TX. I am eager to start with RE investing ... but the more I am learning about RE investing the more I am getting overwhelmed.

Which area to start that would be rather easy to manage and less risky?

I had been a landlord for about 7 years now just with a few single family... It’s been working fine... (no crazy tenant stories)... but trying to see if I should be transitioning to multifamily 4-6plexes..

Though, I have lots equity in renal and primary home - and can qualify for HELOC (but concerned with variable rates) - I feel fearful to start..

Any suggestions/ advice please?

Would you recommend to look for a mentor? Real Estate consultant?

Or just choosing the area and take actions?

Thank you ☺️...
