Post: Harper Wood Eviction is taking more than 3 months

Serve notice to quit August 6th, Court Date Sept 6th, Writ filled Oct 4th and tenant is still not evicted- nov 18th!  I keep called the city and no response to messages!!!  I want to sue them.
