I am looking to connect with somebody who has experience in working with Tax Sale Overages. 

I am based out of CT and am aware that each state legislation is different as far as time to claim proceeds/process to  do so. I've done extensive research on the topic and have the resources to execute, I am looking for advice from someone who has done this before and can assist with the correct steps.

Hi Everybody, 

I am new to this platform and am interested in doing a flip. I am a financial advisor that specializes in working with business owners and real estate investors. I have a growing network of real estate professionals and would like to do a flip of my own. As of right now I know I need to add an attorney and contractor to my team to move forward.

I have intentions of using a private lender and am looking for advice/guidance from anyone that has done a flip by doing so. I am located in CT and NY, but not state specific. I'm open to learning from anybody willing to talk and teach.
