I found a potential investment property but the only thing I’m given are new floor plans. The property is not built yet. Am I buying the lot and plans only or is the house actually getting built? Do I need to do the building of the house based of the floor plans?

@Wale Lawal I look forward to working with you later on. I’m just getting started.

@Jeff White

Thanks so much this is a lot of help. I’m thinking long term so as long as I’m moving up bit by bit. I still have a few more books to read but by the end of next year I will have my first house/ rental.

@Jeff White I’m from Houston, TX and looking to House Hack and start renting before I move into flipping houses. But for now I’m building up my income with a side hustle.

@Dmitriy Fomichenko Thank you very much for the information. I’ll start looking into that now that I know.

My name is Mariano and I just got into real estate investing. Right now I’m reading books to further my knowledge about investing. My question right now is can you have multiple mortgages or only one at a time. Or do you have to get different loans to start investing whether it’s rental and owning a home?
