Hello! I am currently in the process of starting up a virtual consulting business and would like it to focus on real estate. I am involved with investing and plan to increase my investments this year, but also want to start a virtual consulting business since I am familiar with the environment. Is it common for individuals to use virtual consultants/assistants in real estate and what are the common jobs they are asked to do? What qualities do you look for?

I am new in the investing world and am starting to research the possibility of obtaining a real estate license. More for the access of the MLS. I am planning on buying my first investment this summer with the help of my boyfriend who already has a few investments.

I know I do not need a license to start investing, but is it worth getting or is better to save my money and research on my own? 

I am new to the real estate world and am eager to learn more! My goal is to purchase my first investment next year as an owner-occupied situation. My hope, by joining this site, is to meet many experienced individuals to learn from and understand the ends and outs of the business.
