@Matt Devincenzo isn’t there penalties for taking out of your 401k early, though?

Does anyone know what type of account you can transfer your 401k to, and then borrow from it/ pull from it? Without any penalties? I know I heard it’s possible, I just can’t seem to find out the right way to go about it. I tried calling fidelity and it wasn’t any help.

@Jonah Stavsky I would probably just suck it up and pay for it. In the long run, it’s better to keep the tenants happy. I had to deal with something similar when my tenant was supposed to be at the house for an appliance delivery, that he picked the date for. Last minute he told me he had a doctors appointment. The place still charged me because they still showed up, the tenant just didn’t answer because he wasn’t there. I wasn’t happy about it, but at the end of the day, that little bit of money isn’t worth making the tenant unhappy and risk not caring for your property.
