@Michael Kiley I am a Stager in Seattle and I recently staged a 2BR 1BA with living and dining that went under contract in 2 days for $499,900. Obviously the market here is crazy and super competitive, so I would say it really just depends on your specific market. This staging cost the client $2,000, but he was able to get the price point he wanted because of the appeal and connection that staging provides to potential home buyers.

Hello BP Family! Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Maria... I am currently transitioning from being a law enforcement supervisor (where I have been for 5 years), to running my own interior design and staging company in Seattle with additional interest in rehab project management for investors/flippers. I am super excited to be pursuing my dream in the real estate world and I look forward to connecting with all of you and bring value to your businesses.

Would love to hear some feedback from you guys on the questions below:

-Do you hire an interior designer to work with your GC throughout the project, or do you as the investor fulfill this role? What are your average costs? What are some roadblocks you commonly face?

-Do you do your own staging when flips or rentals are complete? What are the average costs?

-I am in the process of acquiring a high-quality software that allows virtual staging from real photographs of a room/property. Can anyone provide software information relative to this specific capability? Any ideas/help will be greatly appreciated!
