I'm not an agent with EXP, however at my brokerage this was my experience...

I joined in April...did about a month of training (Required). Started going out and meeting clients in mid-May, got my first listing in June, (also a few off-markets) and closed my first deal in September. So roughly about 3/4 months. 

I have a new associate in my brokerage, who has only been active 1 month and scheduled to close his first deal in December.
