@Nathan Gesner thank you for your input. That's exactly what i am doing a this moment. I do believe analyzing properties is a very crucial skill, so i am putting lots of effort into learning that. And definitely not, getting even 1 property in 2025 it'll be a win. I guess, I am trying to figure out how all this really work.  But i am here to learn, one day at time, one book at a time.  Most important thing is gaining enough knowledge to be able to purchase properties that's going to add value to the next few years of my life and my kids 

I want to thank the few people that took the time to welcome me to this community. I am very blessed to have found this platform. 

As i mentioned in my introductory post, I am really looking to using next year to jumpstart my portfolio. To be very honest, I am a little nervous! I know I know getting property won't be an issue, I've done it once and that experience helped me so much, but what if i wanted to acquire two properties this year? Base the amount of podcast I watched, I know it's very possible but with limited finance, it seems out of my reach. Any recommendations or suggestions on how to navigate this? I Know with my plan to acquire 5-10 properties in the next five years, at some point I am going to have to make 1-2 purchases a year. At this moment, something like this seems so out of my reach that I am not sure how I'd go about purchasing the second home after that first one.  But I know I just need to do it one time and I'll be able to duplicate it from the gained experience.

At 29, I’m working toward retiring in 15 years by acquiring 10-20 rental properties using house hacking and the BRRRR strategy. I currently own a two-family home with my girlfriend, but I plan to refinance in 2025 and start fresh with a focused expansion strategy. This year, I’m determined to jumpstart my portfolio and would love to connect with wholesalers and lenders to collaborate on deals.

Beyond real estate, I have a background in media production, including event setup, documentary filmmaking, and television production during my time at PBS CET. I’m also passionate about graphic design and am seeking opportunities to grow my career in that field while pursuing my real estate goals.
