Is pasadena tx a good place to own rentals for the long term? I recently purchased a fourplex and i want to get advice from any experienced landlord in the area.

Holden I also a Texas Tech student. Have you considered getting your Realtors liscense, I think it'll make breaking into the business easier, and also you can save money on commissions when you sell.

Thank you all for the advice. Today I talked to an investor who's showing me the ropes. I wanted to sell him this auctioned house because it looked like a great deal. I have a lot to learn.
