 I have no experience with them. 

I will share my two cents about tokenizing real estate. I have spoken to several people on it and they will talk about it being on a blockchain etc., but have yet to have someone tell me what is the difference between it being tokenized and investing in say a REIT that issues shares through their transfer agent?

If anyone has any insight on this, love to hear more.
