Hi Lesia, Good Luck to you as well. Nothing yet. I continue to submit a couple of offers per week. None have been accepted. 

I agree with the previous comments. Go to the hardware or plumbing supply. Pickup some dye tablets to test for toilet leaks. Place one tablet in the each toilet tank and wait 15 minutes. If the tank flapper is leaking, you will see dye in the toilet bowl.

I did some research on the assignment contract, the property has foundation and storm drain issues. On the partnership rehab project, I was unable to get a solid bid on the rehab costs and a completion date.
