Just doing some researching about a lending company called Aloha Capital? I’m interested in doing a Refi & purchase a multi family with them. They seem like great people but its mandatory that I check for references. How was your experience? Legitimacy? Any information could add would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Just wanting some help calculating my ROI's on a couple of properties please and thank you.

1.) Cost 75k, Down payment 4% down, Rental income $1225, Maintenance 10%, No management company, Property tax $111, Insurance 100 a month Mortagage $575

2.) Cost 32k, Own free and clear, Rental income 760, Maintenance 10%, No management company, Property tax $29, Insurance $74

28, 4 rentals so far and many more to go. 2 owned free and clear, 2 financed. Haven't Refi'd any to BRRR just yet, but eventually that's the plan. Working on building generational wealth to place my son in a better position in life. All single family homes.
