What percentage do you pay yourself per wholesale? What company you use for cold calling and why? Am I able to wholesale with a tax certificate holder or only the owner?

There are $100 down HUD homes where a qualified owner occupant can put down $100 for a property and receive FHA insured loan. So I'm wondering has anyone put 1 of these properties under contract for $100 to wholesale it.
