Room for one more?!? Having been here for 18 years, working and having success in sales and finance, starting a small business with my wife and working even harder, we’ve continually challenged ourselves to keep moving forward…having said that…if only we started in RE a decade ago! Hindsight is 20/20 and the right time is always right now, happy to be starting this new chapter. I’ve successfully used debt for 20 plus years, been cash rich and cash poor, but only ever to fund my life “right now,” I’m here to create generational wealth in a systematic way through RE investing. I’ve always said that if I had grown up here I would have hoped someone would have told me to start bagging groceries at Publix at 14, I’d be a millionaire by now. I’m starting from the bottom, the only way is up.
