Post: Any Norfolk/Va Beach passive income experience ?

I am beginning my journey into buy/hold cash flow rentals. I am targeting the Norfolk/Va Beach area and wanted to hear from current investors in that market. I lived in the area many years ago as a student at ODU and remember there were some rough parts. Which areas should one avoid? Which areas are on the rise? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
