Just wondering what would people do right now if they had 70k cash on hand. Where would you invest it? Would you just leave it in a savings account for now?

Hey BiggerPockets, when using the BRRRR strategy what would you typically expect to cash flow on a single family house in Maryland?

What cash flow amount is your average?

How much cash flow per house makes you feel like your purchase was a good deal?

What are some major things you learned from performing your first BRRRR deal?

What info would you pass down to a new investor?

I am looking to build a massive portfolio in Maryland using the BRRRR strategy. The only hesitation I have is managing the rehab while working my full time job.

What would be the best way to find partners in real estate that share the same interests in the strategy that I am seeking during the COVID pandemic?

Hey BiggerPockets, what advice would you give for a newbie investor that is doing a rehab for the first time to complete a brrrr strategy investment?

Would taking a course on remodeling and construction on a house be beneficial before doing the first deal?

@Tanvir Sattar So based off reading that article, an LLC would be best for me because I am looking to build a large portfolio.
