@Andrew Postell Hi Andrew. That does make sense and is very helpful. Thank you! I'm really liking the BRRRR strategy and am leaning that way.

That’s cool you’re from Franklin. You ever come back here much?

@William McSeveney Hey thanks William! Welcome to Nashville. Have you been doing rentals in Washington or are you starting with Nashville?

@Andrew Fisher I'm looking to start with a Single Family or a small multi. Not sure what the market around here will be like for the rest of the year, but it could be good.

@Evan Polaski Gotcha that makes sense. I guess what confused me is when I’m using the Calculators - Rental Property vs. Brrrr. They both have a rehab component to input. But I guess another key difference is the Refi, which wouldn’t be necessary for turnkey. The benefit of brrrr is the value add of the rehab produced more equity which would then be able to be pulled out with a refi. Is that correct?

@Atiba Yusuf Sounds like great advice. Thanks for that. I have plenty of time to learn right now so I’m going to make use of it.

@Andrew Fisher Thanks Andrew! I’m mainly a drummer, and I’ve played all kinds of music. I like being able to mix it up! I’ve played the Broadway scene once or twice, but I can’t do do the late nights like I used to do haha.

What is your focus in RE?
