I am currently a realtor and also looking to form an LLC in the state of Maryland. Can I buy property in my home state of Ohio using that Maryland LLC or would I need to form another one in Ohio?

Where is the best place to find out about financial assistance programs? Can you ask a lender or is there a better place? I am specifically looking to buy around Prince George County in Maryland.

My wife and I are looking to buy our first property for house hacking in the DC area. I am not sure if we need an agent first or look for our financing options before getting an agent. Is there a starting point that would make the next step easier?
