hi john, its pretty good they have improved some since i last went to the training. depending on what are looking to do with the program you have to see for yourself if it will work for you or not. they are constantly making improvements to the system and getting a little better.you will get leads from different areas of real estate and who owns the properties to mail offers to.

hi everyone, i would like tell everyone that we are all real estate investors. we work at our jobs very hard to save enough money to get into real estate and try to make some decent money, to be able to get out of that rat race that most of us go thru every morning. and because we all know why we have gotten into this business in the first place. Is to get away from those types jobs that take up too much of are time, to not be able to spend enough time with friends and family and do the things we like to do. like have some fun! But employers want you to spend more time at work, and do not want to pay you for it. if you don't like it you can leave the job! and we will get someone else.of course we all know why we have got into this business in the first place .and that's cool i got that! But while we are investing in real estate, and trying to get the education needed to even get better for sake of improving our lives for the better, there is always that person or company that comes along with latest gizmos and gadgets that claims they can help us improve in your real estate investing business. to help us become more efficient and do more deals only to find that at the end you have wasted your money. believe me tried a some of them, and it really gets to me when they don't deliver on there promises. and i know some people on these forums are always looking for software or programs to help them improve in their real estate business. well i am too! because with the way the internet is today anybody that wholesales, fix and flip, buy and hold,or has anything to do real estate, you have to find way to more efficient by spending less time trying to do paperwork or making offers one by one.you want spend more time completing deals and making more money.so with that said, in the future i will be trying to look for the best software or program to see if it can help me improve in my real estate wholesaling business. and i will be telling people what i have tried to see if it is good or not until that day comes when i finally find that company or person that delivers on their promises and really helps me in my quest to become more efficient and be able to have more time to complete wholesale deals on a larger scale anywhere in the states from my computer. i do not want a 3000.00 to 5000.00 course on wholesale or flipping property. wholesaling is to easy to spend money on something i already have plenty of education in.if you guys come across anything bring it to this forum. I think it would be a great discussion that everyone can benefit from. and if you have tried something already and had a bad experience with it. bring it to the forum let everybody know so they won't make the same mistake you did . hopefully we can find something that is not going to take your money and we can all benefit from it. and be able to afford it and use it and have it work the it is supposed to work. God Bles! and good luck in your investing endeavors.
