ive been here for three days so far and ive learned a lot of things i didnt know before but i feel a little stuck. im tryingto figure out what i need to look for when trying to decipher a lead on an MLS site. i know the formulas as well as the math but frankly when i get there i dont know where to start first.

im happy to see people getting such value out of this community, its only my second day and im still excited and motivated by hearing of peoples hard work and follow through! congrats

finished my reading and research and right now forming my plan of attack. i seriously want to not drag my feet on getting out there and start learning the niche! im looking for a few starter tips on researching MLS as well as procuring the deal and finance. i would like a friend..:)

im marcus a newblood here on BP i just finished reading the REI ultimate guide and i am looking for people here in my area perhaps close to lincoln. im looking to gain more knowledge as well as possible exp. i will even be willing to help assist with marketing if you like im just looking for a great start! hope to hear from you all!
