Hey Scott,

That metro rankings report would be great. How do you develop your reports? Any particular sites you investigate? I will message you with my email address.

Hey everyone,

Two part question.
What information should I look for in different areas that I potentially want to invest in?

Any particular sites that would be more helpful than others to gather the information I should be comparing from the question above? (Maybe possibly one sight to get all the economic data, demographic data, business data, and etc?)

Thanks for the help.

Thanks, Caleb. Everything is original so I definitely need to look at updating some of the items you listed. From my understanding of your assessment, LVP flooring is a good investment depending on the market, especially if I plan on holding this property for the long term. I really appreciate your input.

I have several questions in trying to understand when to update my rental and the metrics to use to compare and assess.

Is it worth replacing the carpet with LVP or should I just replace the carpet on my long-term rental? Does LVP help increase the rent value for a 23-year-old home located in the Enterprise/Daleville, Alabama area? What are metrics that can help capture the value and return when comparing rental updates?

What other updates usually bring more rental value to the home?

Thanks in advance for everyone's recommendations.

Thank you for the information. Went on those websites to sign up for events this weekend.

I am a new investor in the Williamsburg, Va area. Does anyone know of any meetings or mastermind groups that I could join. I would like to connect and meet other investors in the area.
