I'm carrying the note on a half-acre lot in Newbury Park, CA.

The buyer was a little short on his last payment, and the did not pay his most recent payment.

Is it possible to foreclose on my own?

Quote from @Pete Moran:

I put an excel file together so I can see everything on one page in a week then start a new tab for the next week on a Sunday. It saves on writing some of the stuff down repeatedly (understand there are some benefits to this but don’t have time to regurgitate daily). Also didn’t like having to flip back and forth to front and back of journal.

File attached is totally editable so adapt to how you like …if you like it. I’ve been using it for 8 weeks now and like it so far, I have also shared it with a few other people who journal and agree – albeit small sample size.

I cant attach the file but can forward upon request - Any points for improvement I would love to see/hear for improved efficiency.

Would love a copy if this is still available?

RealtyShore.com for sure! QuietRealty makes me think of retired people looking for a place to settle where it is calm and peaceful. Which is not a bad thing, just limiting potential to attract more diverse clients.

 Thank you

I just have to ask, did you get your name, or is someone trying to sell that to you now?

I got it. $10 for a domain hold while I kick around ideas is nothing.

@Marcos Ruvalcaba what neighborhood are you in right now? For example, CapitalHillRealty.com might be longer but do better in seo searches for that area.

I’m in Oceanside (north county San Diego). I’m leaning towards short and memorable, yet brandable to where it can grow to different geolocations.

something easy to spell, if you haven't seen a lot of people try to spell....they will never know the difference in quiet and quite. I'd try to keep those types of words out of the name.

Makes sense. I didn't think about that mix-up in the word. Thank you

RealtyShore.com

That's the one my wife voted for primarily because we live near the coast.

Hey guys,

I'm stuck between QuietRealty.com and RealtyShore.com.

TLD .coms are hard to come by.

I'm looking for something brandable for the future.

Please let me know which one you think is better.

Thank you

What are the best sources to learn as much as I can about commercial mortgage loan restructuring?

I’m a newbie to the mortgage world and this is simmering need to get smart on ASAP.

Thank you
