Hey Elva! 

Have you thought about renting the rooms separately and managing yourself? I personally house hack and use rentredi to screen/assign tenants.  They pay through the app and you see background screenings right away! I also use rocket lawyer to make my lease contracts. Much easier and you can get better cash flow instead of renting the entire home. I hope you find the best option for you!

Hey everyone!

I am house hacking in the Dallas area. I have a W2 job. I am currently renting two of my rooms for a few months now. I am worried about tax season because of the extra income. Any help? Thank you for reading my post!
