Yes, I owned 4 SFH's. Never got into multifamily or commercial. Back then it was so easy to acquired SFH!

I was a mortgage broker and owned investment properties back in 2008... so you probably know my story.

Looking to get back into real estate investing. So much has changed - at least it seems - that I feel like a complete novice.
