Hello,

I have been interested in Real Estate Investing for over ten years, but my career has always gotten in the way. I am at that point now where I am ready to dive in. The problem is that I have never been the person who has wanted to own or operate my own business. Being responsible for employees is not my thing. I would much rather work for an established firm/group and grow within that company. A few of the skills that I bring are design, marketing, project management (from architectural design large scale landscape construction),a strong knowledge of construction practices (from being an advanced DIYer for over 15 years).

I would like to jump into the business and help with everything from marketing, sales, and project management. Please contact me and let me know if there is something I can do for you. I would be more than happy to meet and/or share my resume.

Thank You

Marco

Hello Fellow Bigger Pocketers!!!

I want to know if there are any investors out there willing to take on a new team member. What I am trying to say is that I am looking for a position with an established Investor....Please keep reading... I have toyed with the idea of starting a business of my own, but do not wish to do it alone. I have had two business partners back out and thus causing me to come to the realization that I do not wish to become a business owner. Instead I would rather become part of an awesome team and flourish in the world of real estate investing.

Let me tell you a little about me. I am a Landscape Architect and am employed at one of the most prestigious firms in the Midwest. I work on large scale planning and landscape architecture projects with large budgets. Throughout out my career I have project managed small to large projects both in design and construction. In my personal life my wife and I have rehabbed our first house (every square inch) and are in the process of rehabbing our new house (every square inch). Since we are not under any time constraints we have done nearly 90% of all work basically to stretch our budget.

Why real estate investing? Ever since being a child I had been exposed to home remolding. My father is an above average DIY-er and always had a project. I considered myself his apprentice and never shied away from any scale project or tool. This has instilled a fearless approach to my own projects at my own residence. As I mature my interest has shifted from doing the work to managing the work… not to mention I am hooked to all of the “flipping” shows on television ( I know that most, if not all, are unrealistic).

Please consider reaching out to me. I have educated myself by reading, and for the past year have had online coaching by a program based in California. I would be willing to sit down and discuss my love for the field and my intentions. Please contact me via Bigger Pockets. I can send a resume and even pictures of my work if interested.

Thank you for reading.. have a great day!!!

Thank you all for the responses!! Very helpful and reassuring.  My business partner and I hope to hit the ground running within the next two weeks. I will keep all posted as I want to add as many investors to our Buyer's List.

Good luck out there!

Marco

Hello fellow investors.  My Business partner and I are just starting out in Real Estate Investing.  My question is for other Real Estate Investors in colder climates. I understand that every market is different.... But how much slower might we expect wholesaling and flipping during early winter months? Please share some of your experiences.

Thank you!

Marco

Hello All,

I have been researching real estate investing for about 2 years now and am super motivated to jump in ans get started. Like many people in my position I get cold feet because of the security that my current job gives me and because I think I still lack knowledge.

While I like my current career and where I work I have always envisioned myself as self employed. I am not looking to quit my job just yet, but in the future would like for real estate investing to be my profession. I am looking for training/mentoring/advice. If I can learn from you or from someone on your team, or even partner with someone for a few deals I would forever be grateful!! If we can please talk at sometime it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi There!!  My name is Marco and I am looking into starting my flipping business.  I am been reading books and websites, and have been a member of house flipping groups for probably over a year now.   I live in downtown Columbus and am really attracted to urban neighborhoods.  What is holding me back from getting started is MONEY! Ugh!  What are some tips for someone who has very little capital?  How do I convince a hard money lender to trust a newbie? Is there any such thing a crowdfunding for real estate?
