Hey @Marco Murad I've been considering jumping in that direction as well. I think @Greg Dickerson gave pretty sound advice. Like everything else with Real Estate just taking it on seems to always be the best way to learn. Obviously with doing your due diligence.
Episode #599 of the BiggerPockets podcast talks about Opportunity Zone Rentals. There are a lot of good gems in that episode that you may find helpful as well.
Hey @Raymond Reyes thanks so much for that!

Great answer Patti that really helped! I just purchased my first 2-family in Boston, not too far from Thomas's 6-unit in Worcester, and I'm getting a lot of section 8 applicants and I've been curious on how to proceed with all the inquiries.
how did everything turn out ?
It turned out pretty great, the process took longer than expected but I ended up getting really great tenants in there. The husband took care of the property like it was his house, he was a painter by trade so that helped out a lot!
They stayed for 5 years up until the husband and wife separated.
My new tenants are also voucher holders.

Of Course, but where would be a good place to find a good Powerpoint template to use for the Pitch Deck/Investment Memorandum?
Hi Steve,
If you're still looking to create an Investment Memorandum. My Co-Founder and I have developed a real estate platform that'll generate a Investment Memo.
If you're still interested or curious to see what we create, let's chat more, thanks!

Hello BP users,
Real estate development has been on my radar for years now and I’m 80% sure I’m ready to get into that space.
I’ve been a real estate agent for 6 years in residential, commercial leasing and multi-family off market sales.
So what is the best way to become a developer?
Should I start by creating an LLC first or get certifications first?
