I was presented with a deal from my friend a few months ago. This deal provided the opportunity to have cashflow every month. In order to know if it was a good investment or not I did my own research to see if it actually provided some type of return.

Needless to say it did and has giving me cashflow  ever since that month. With this deal made I am looking forward for some more deals ahead.

Indeed it is a challenge. So far the area that I am at is draining down from the flood. So families living in the cypress area are able to drive part of hwy6 and 290. If anybody knows of any other routes. Please post and God Bless y'all

Hi there, I am trying to purchase a land for investment? But before doing it I would like to know the process of it. The land is empty but with easement for utilities. My plan is to buy the land, build a house and sale it. 

What are pros and cons on doing this investment plan?

Can anybody explain how taxes are reported through this process?

What are other alternatives used to not being tax that much on a property when selling it?
