I'm currently looking to network with professional and new wholesalers in the Southern Arkansas area and the Northern Louisiana area who are serious about REI. I am a new investor in this area looking to connect with people who are ambitious and can teach me things I might not already know about Real Estate Investing. Southern Arkansas doesn't have a REIA group so BP is the next best thing. I have knowledge of this section of REI, but I haven't gotten that 1st deal done YET, but I'm constantly studying and reading the ins and outs of wholesaling to make sure I won't fail by not knowing what is a deal and how to structure it to make it worth their time for potential buyers to be repeat customers.

If anyone has ideas or wants to come together and pool resources I am all for it. All help will be greatly appreciated and very thankful. Have a blessed day to all and thank you.

Welcome to BP Julian. I'm new to this community and let me tell you I have learned a lot. I wish you much success in your investing career. If you need a colleague let me know, because I'm still learning the ins and outs myself.

@Abigail Hollar, @Stanley E. From what I've gathered so far from people who have actually bought property from the website (post auction sale), is that once the previous owner lets the time pass to reclaim their property it's yours.  Which is basically the same thing @Josh Carr was saying.  But the best chances of the good investment properties are at the auction and a few (if you have the money to tie up) can be found on the post auction list.
