I am looking for more educational opportunities to learn more about where to locate REI meetings in Massachusetts. If anyone out there can help me find REI homes or assist me with where I can find them, I would be grateful. Also, is there someone that can help me prepare my paper work? And direct me to the right contacts for Private and Hard Money lenders who can help me rehab projects. I want to be a success story and be able to mentor someone in the future.

Hello, my name is Marcel my wife Nadeen and I begin investing in real estate and

excited member of bigger pockets. Our interests are in flipping and wholesaling and initially and getting into commercial properties. It is something I have wanted to pursue for 7 years now and find myself at a point in life where I need to. By having the right team we'll work more efficient and able flip more homes. We are interested in finding REIA meets and finding Private and Hard Money lenders to help fund rehab projects currently being looking into, I've taken the first step and finding a great deal but I need help from other experiences investor to help me prepare my paper work ready for Private and Hard Money lenders.

While still working full time my new year goals are to be full time real estate investing. I'm very motivated by the drive to be able to control my own destiny, I made a few mistakes along the way I move my family from Florida to Massachusetts to prosier a long time dream by owning a over the top Meat and Deli, Lack of funds and support I lost our business, credit and Home. Living in a apartment I promised my Daughter that next year she will have her home again. With no money in our bank account and no credit, I will rise ones again. Am working two jobs and I have decided that it is time to stop work for richs and start making myself and my family rich and allows me and my wife to be more in my children’s' lives.

I need your financial assistance. I currently live in the South Shore area of Massachusetts, where there is still a lot of great deals around (Lots of meat on the bones in the area). I'm looking to purchase an REO for myself because I'm tired of paying high rent.This is disabling me from flipping full time. We have a great contractor’s network. Here is the info:

* 1,500 sq ft or Bigger

* Purchase price: Under 150K all CASH, "as is"
* Approx (ARV) of: 265K, "as is"

Here is my situation:
* Low credit score due past. I do not qualify for a Conventional Mortgage.
* First Time Homebuyer.
* Do not have money for a down payment.

Since I need to be creative, I figure I need a REO Realtor to work with me now and in the future (double dipping) and also investors can assist me with Private funds or Hard Money.
