Hello Shanae,

Investors usually want to get a property for 70%-90% of the Market value. Subtract for fee from that number and make an offer. Closing cost would have to be factored in too depending on if the buyer or seller is paying them. Hope this helps some.

Hello all, I'm here to seek knowledge from experienced investors. I've been reading and listening to the podcast. I'm very excited about getting into REI. I have a realtor at my disposal. I'm surrounded by tons of opportunity I just can't decide which direction to go. I am ready to "pull the trigger." Hope to deal with you all in the near and distant future. Thanks in advance

Hello everyone. So I've talked to a few RE agents in Michigan. They are mostly saying that I can't assign the purchase agreement to the next buyer. Does anyone have any experience in Michigan with contract assignments? Thanks in advance

Hello everyone. My question is do I have to talk to the listing agent to get to the owner to negotiate a purchase price? And when turning in an offer isn't an earnest money deposit required along with a proof of funds?
