Any investors care to share what price per square foot they are paying to build residential new construction at this time.

Looking to build 3 bd 2 ba 2 garage 1450 square foot home to sell.

I have been aware that the cost of materials has increased in the Dallas area and if this is also true in other areas.

Getting in to new construction and I’m curious what experienced investors are paying for per square foot to build.

I am in the search for a CPA and would love to hear any referrals and recommendations for wanting to start with a good foundation.

Can anyone could recommend an experienced CPA in the DFW AREA.

Has anyone challenged an appraisal, if so I would love to hear how you went about doing so

Kevin Fox I absolutely agree and I also do use these methods, I was just wondering if I was missing out on any other websites that's all, but thanks for the response

I' always look through craigslist to look for properties when there's nothing on MLS, but are there Any other websites similar or better?

So I met a wholesaler who purchases packages of houses from banks (obviously wasn't wiling to give me any other information than that as the DFW market prices are getting higher by the minute) and I began to wonder how this process works. As I called banks like Wells Fargo and did research on buying properties this route it seems that you simply have to have a bank connection. I'm very interested in this buying method and would love to pick someone's brain on this topic.
