Andrew - I will do as you suggested. I really wanted to find one outfit for all my needs so I can build a relationship that encompasses all my work. 

I am trying to find a lender that primarily deals in Fix & Flip loans but also has a nice BRRR loan program. They must be licensed in Nevada. So far I am thinking of using Groundfloor but they only loan up to 65% on BRRR projects and I was hoping to find 75% or above. I want a one stop shop for all my needs. Any reviews or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

How can I find local residential wholesalers ? Currently my team does all the leg work and we find our deals ourselves ( mostly on the MLS or auction sites ) but I would like to connect with local wholesalers. I have been listening to BP podcasts and the guests always take about wholesalers feeding them deals. I would like to know how to find wholesalers in my local market. Any and all input is appreciated. Thanks
